The development is just a few steps from the prestigious Avenida da Liberdade, in the heart of the city´s grand and spacious central financial center and extends along Lisbon´s highest central hill. This building was designed to integrate the existing urban fabric, providing pedestrian access through multiple entrances to a public garden square, through which it is possible to reach the shops and restaurants on the ground floor. The design along the entire exterior façade is characterized by a system of large cantilever-type balconies, marked by impressive empty spaces, thus allowing a visual and functional extension of the main living areas of the apartments.

The 151 apartments that make up LX Living are arranged in two separate buildings, interconnected by a landscaped interior square, and are equipped with five independent elevators.

The apartments feature spacious, contemporary-style living areas, open kitchens and luxury finishes. Each apartment has parking spaces, the number of which depends on its typology.
