This complex is located very close to the entrance to the residential allotment and Office Center of Beloura. Since the entrance to the urbanization Quinta da beloura located about 400m away, more buildings for industry, warehouses and mixed properties with services proliferate. In urban terms, this complex is classified in the Sintra MDP as industry.

Access to this set is effectively guaranteed by the Albarraque road now called Av. Pedro Álvares Cabral. The access roads allow the movement of heavy vehicles, TIR trucks or other large transports, and this complex has front and access by the road of Albarraque and the affluent street.

This block is structurally well built and preserved and its spaces are wide, being greatly reduced the amount of pillars. The cover is made of reinforced concrete through shells of the "Indubel" with medium right foot in 5m.

This block consists of a main nave on floor 0 with an industrial area of 1.117m2. It is integrated in the northern part of the complex, being glued to warehouses 1. At the moment, there are open indoor accesses between them, being possible to close if you want to buy or rent only this block. This block has several access gates, one of which served by a loading and unloading dock.

Being integrated in the fenced space north of the Avenue, has direct access through a gate with dimensions of TIR truck with access to the pier.
